I’ve been attending a series of classroom meetings at the Bay Harbor Hotel near the Tampa airport for several weeks and watched the beginning of sunsets over Tampa Bay from the restaurant patio behind the hotel before the start of the meetings. Unfortunately I was unable to see a complete sunset as I had to go into the meeting room before the sunsets actually occurred. Then the time change happened and clocks were set back an hour, moving the sunset time an hour earlier and allowing the opportunity to see and photograph a complete sunset before the meeting started. Along with the earlier sunset, cooler and less humid weather in Florida makes night photography easy and comfortable. Sunset views of Tampa Bay like those shown in my gallery can be caught at several locations within a mile or so from the airport.
